Mobile Notary — I Come to You
Need an in-person notarization without making another trip?
Skip the drive across town, waiting at the bank, or leaving home or work just to find a notary. I come to you—at your home, workplace, hospital, care facility, or another agreed location.
Mobile notary service is a good fit when you need traditional in-person notarization but want the convenience of having the appointment come to you.
Starting at $75 mobile service fee
Notarization: $10 per signature/stamp

Remote Online Notary — We Meet Online
Did you know some documents can be notarized without going anywhere?
With Remote Online Notarization (RON), we meet through a secure online video session. There's no drive to find a notary and no need for someone to come to your home or workplace. Once your online notarization is complete, you'll receive an electronic notarized document that you can download, email, or submit according to the receiving organization's requirements.
Some documents or receiving organizations may require in-person notarization. If you're unsure, I can help you determine whether RON is a good fit.
Online notarization: $50
Additional signer: +$15.
Loan Signing Services
Professional Loan Document Signing
Professional signing support for real estate and lending transactions, including purchases, refinances, seller packages, HELOCs, loan modifications, and other loan documents.
Appointments include careful document handling, printing when required, guided presentation of the signing package, and scanbacks or shipping according to client instructions.
Loan signings start at $100.
Final fee varies by package size and signing requirements.
Witness coordination, if required: +$35 per witness.
Specialty & Complex Document Services
Some notarizations need more preparation than a standard appointment.
Apostille support, international and certified documents, DMV/title paperwork, sensitive family or court documents, and other situations may require additional preparation before scheduling. I’ll review your request first so we can determine the appropriate service and next steps.
Apostille support starts at $115. Other specialty services are quoted based on the request.
